Job Introduction

The Role

To assist in providing proactive Learning & Development and HR advice and guidance to managers and staff across the Council. To assist the HR team to support the delivery of the Council’s People Strategy.

The Experience you will bring

The postholder will co-ordinate all L&D and wellbeing events and will support the HR business partners and HR Managers in advising, arranging and delivering learning and development interventions to improve skills and knowledge across the council

You will have good knowledge of L&D and HR best practice together with experience of advising managers on L&D and HR issues.  You will also have had experience of administering HR and Learning Management Systems.
